Request deletion
You can request deletion of your Travel Mate app account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.
Choose one method:
- In the app, sign in and open Account > Privacy and account > Request account deletion.
- Email info@travelmate.com.bd with the subject
Travel Mate app account deletion. - Send a WhatsApp message to +880 17 6699 0725 saying that you want to delete your Travel Mate app account.
Include the phone number used for the account. Do not send an OTP, password, access token, identity-document image, payment card information or unnecessary travel details.
What happens next
Travel Mate will acknowledge your request within three business days and verify that you control the account phone number. After verification, we will delete or de-identify account data and associated app records within 30 days unless they are required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or accounting purposes. We will explain any category that must be retained and, where available, its applicable period. Retained records are restricted to the required purpose and deleted or de-identified when that obligation ends.
Deleting the app from a device does not by itself delete a server account. Clearing app storage removes local-only drafts and credentials from that device but does not replace an account-deletion request.

মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ
অ্যাপ আবার ইনস্টল না করেও আপনার Travel Mate অ্যাপ অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
যেকোনো একটি পদ্ধতি বেছে নিন:
- অ্যাপে সাইন ইন করে অ্যাকাউন্ট > গোপনীয়তা ও অ্যাকাউন্ট > অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ খুলুন।

অ্যাকাউন্টে ব্যবহৃত ফোন নম্বরটি লিখুন। কোনো OTP, পাসওয়ার্ড, অ্যাক্সেস টোকেন, পরিচয়পত্রের ছবি, পেমেন্ট কার্ডের তথ্য বা অপ্রয়োজনীয় ভ্রমণ তথ্য পাঠাবেন না।
এরপর যা হবে
Travel Mate তিন কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অনুরোধ পাওয়ার কথা জানাবে এবং অ্যাকাউন্টের ফোন নম্বরটি আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণে আছে কি না যাচাই করবে। যাচাইয়ের পরে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য ও সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাপ রেকর্ড মুছে ফেলা বা পরিচয়বিহীন করা হবে; তবে আইন, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ, নিরাপত্তা, বিরোধ বা হিসাবরক্ষণের জন্য রাখতে হবে এমন তথ্য এর ব্যতিক্রম। রাখা তথ্যের ধরন এবং সম্ভব হলে প্রযোজ্য সময় জানানো হবে। রাখা রেকর্ড শুধু প্রয়োজনীয় উদ্দেশ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকে এবং দায় শেষ হলে মুছে ফেলা বা পরিচয়বিহীন করা হয়।
ডিভাইস থেকে অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে সার্ভারের অ্যাকাউন্ট নিজে থেকে মুছে যায় না। অ্যাপের তথ্য মুছলে ওই ডিভাইসের স্থানীয় খসড়া ও পরিচয়পত্র মুছে যায়, কিন্তু এটি অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধের বিকল্প নয়।
